Jackie was born and raised in Heredia, where she studied Spanish Philology at the National University and went on to teach all different age groups in different schools around the country. After obtaining her Spanish as a Foreign Language Teaching Certification from the Instituto Cervantes she joined Intercultura, where she teaches both adults and children. Jackie is characterized by her attentive and patient personality; she always has a smile and the time to help others and share her knowledge with students. Her contagious laughter is often to be heard around the Intercultura hallways, contributing to the school’s happy and dynamic ambiance. In her free time, she enjoys singing and spending quality time with her family and friends.
