Shaken up in Costa Rica

A powerful 7.6 quake struck Costa Rica's coast yesterday morning.  We thankfully report that all students, teachers and staff at both campuses are safe and back in classes today.  The quake's epicenter was located in Samara, the home of our beach campus. Our students in Samara were evacuated within minutes of the quake to high ground outside of the town in fear of a tsunami.  Shortly afterwards, the Emergency Commission lifted the tsunami alert and students and staff were brought back to town.  For more information about the earthquake in Samara, please click here.
