for Spanish Language, Culture and Homestay
Programs,

SPANISH PROGRAM: Group courses consist
of four hours per day intensive language
study from Monday to Friday, offered
mornings or afternoons according to
space and students' language level.
Prices include course and registration
fees for both the Heredia and the Sámara
Beach campus, textbook, and materials.

$110/week, $16/day

ACTIVITIES:
(included free of charge for all language
students)
- Latin dance
classes;
- Latin music and cooking classes;
- Spanish film night;
- lectures/'tertulias';
- 'intercambios' with local students;
- monthly cultural events calendar
(Heredia only);
- Internet access (Heredia only),
- use of tour/travel planning resources.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Homestays (7 nights) in Heredia and
Sámara include breakfast, dinner,
laundry facilities and private room.
In the Sámara Beach hotel campus
option (5 nights only), a morning snack
with coffee and tea is included, and
accommodations are shared. There is
a surcharge for single occupancy, and
weekend nights are arranged for and
paid by the student directly to the
hotel
OTHER: Weekend excursions and additional
cultural activities are offered at a
small cost. Friends and family are welcome
to join us for these when space permits.
PAYMENT METHOD: All prices are listed
in U.S. dollars. Traveler's cheques
are our preferred payment method. Program
fees may be paid upon arrival at Intercultura
in dollars, traveler's cheques, Costa
Rican colones, Visa or Master card.
Reservations will be guaranteed with
a credit card number or a 20% deposit.
No refunds are given after the program
has begun, except in the case of a documentable
emergency, in which case 50% of the
unused portion of the fees may be returned
at the discretion of the administration.
NOTE: The following dates are national
holidays in Costa Rica, during which
classes will not be held. There are
no discounts or refunds for those which
fall on school days, so you should take
this into account when planning your
study dates:
