Edgar Meza

Edgar graduated in 1984, with a major in Telecommunications and Information Systems. He also studied Systems Engineering at the Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica, and in 1990 he founded his own company for national data transmission and IS. He joined Intercultura in 1999 as an independent contractor, and is now an indispensible part of the staff as our patient and helpful Information Systems manager. Annia Delgado

Annia Delgado is a native of Costa Rica and started with Intercultura in 2006. She works as receptionist and in student support services. She lived in the US for several years, which helped give her an increased understanding of, and desire to share with, people from different cultures. She has a lot of experience in the customer service field, and is the first person students meet when they begin classes. Fanny Montoya

Fanny was born in San José, where she studied to be a bilingual secretary (English-Spanish) in the American Business Academy and then went on to study business administration at the Instituto Técnico de Administración de Negocios. Fanny specialized in Public Relations and Administration, working for several businesses in customer service and PR positions. Geovanna Castro

Geovanna was born in Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica.  She studied at the Liceo Unesco and has a technical degree in Tourism with an emphasis in Marketing from the Colegio Universitario de Cartago.  She has also taken client services courses from Barrionuevo y Asociados.  She is married with 4 children, which are a blessing and great inspiration in her life.  Geovanna loves working in client services because she believes it is the best way to find out what people think and feel about

Katie Horch

Katie was born and raised in sunny Sacramento, California.  In 2006, she spent a semester abroad in Spain studying Spanish language and culture. Upon her return to the United States, Katie pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Dance and graduated in 2010, all the while maintaining her desire to speak more Spanish.  Before graduating, she made a commitment to herself to move to a Spanish-speaking country to fulfill her dream of Spanish fluency.  In 2011, she moved to Costa Rica to improve her Spanish-speaking skills and bega

Sujeidy Bolaños

Sujeidy Bolaños is a native of Costa Rica, and lives in Alajuela close to Heredia.  She started working with Intercultura in 2010 as homestay coordinator and in student support services, after working for several years in customer service positions.  She studied Administration at the National University, English in CCCN, and is currently continuing with her English studies in Intercultura.
 

Dennis Brenes

General Accountant

Dennis is Costa Rican, and graduated with his BA in Administration with a major in Finance from Veritas University. He worked in financial markets, and public & private accounting for over 10 years before joining Intercultura in 2008 as the General Accountant. Dennis is fun-loving and outgoing, and enjoys making friends, going out, dancing salsa, and seeing good movies. He is currently studying English at Intercultura in his free time.
